Atty. Reinier Paul R. Yebra rejoins the firm following his distinguished service as Undersecretary for Legal Affairs of the Department of Transportation since 2017. He is also the Founder of the Legal Edge Bar Review Center. He has had extensive experience in the fields of Public Service, Governance, Education, and Financial Law. Atty. Yebra has also been a Professorial Lecturer in various academic institutions. He has further delved into the field of Law by pursuing advanced education abroad and getting his Master of Laws degree from Columbia University in 2015 as a Fulbright Scholar and Mark Appel Fellow.

Atty. Yebra obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management degree (2001) from the University of Santo Tomas, while obtaining his Bachelor of Laws degree (2009) from the San Beda University College of Law. He has earned the distinction of being ranked #1 overall in his graduating class in law school, being the Class Valedictorian, while consistently being top ranked as well during the individual years he studied there. Atty. Yebra has furthermore showed his excellence in the field of law by placing 1st in the 2009 Philippine Bar Examinations, amongst a field of 5903 candidates.

He has also authored various publications in the San Beda Law Journal, as well as in the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Review with regards to the central bank, as well as microfinancing and special banking laws. He has held the position of Acting Deputy Director in the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas from 2011 to 2017, as well as being an Associate in the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices from 2009 to 2010.
